Business Overview

PPWE has been established as a renewable energy and EV-related business. Registered Capital     40,000,000 Baht. Established January 12, 2016 PPWE conducts business as a distributor for UAC, “COSTEL” EV charger brand from Korea. The company’s aim is to deliver to EV drivers the convenience in charging experience. PPWE is a joint venture between two well-known companies UAC ENERGY Company Limited – one of UAC Global Public Company Limited’s subsidiaries – and QTC Energy Public Company Limited. Both UAC Global and QTC Energy are listed in the stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Each partner’s contributions were valued equally, translating into a 50:50 split of ownership and control.
